Digital printing solutions
Under the Xeikon brand name, Punch Graphix designs, develops and delivers high-end digital colour printing systems, software and consumables for the commercial, document printing and industrial markets. 

Prepress solutions
Under the basysPrint brand name and as an OEM supplier, Punch Graphix designs, develops and delivers mid to high-end imaging systems (CtP – Computer to Plate) for offset prepress commercial and newspaper markets. 

Punch Graphix was formed through the acquisition by Punch International of Strobbe, Xeikon and basysPrint between 2000 and 2004. In May 2005, Punch Graphix plc achieved a separate listing on London's Alternative Investment Market. At the beginning of 2007, Punch regained control of Punch Graphix plc following a public takeover bid. In July 2007 Punch transfered its stake (97%) in Punch Graphix plc to Punch Technix nv.  Punch Technix nv changed its name to Punch Graphix nv. At the same time, Punch Graphix plc’s management was appointed as the management of Punch Graphix nv. On 31 October 2007, the admission to trading on the AIM of Punch Graphis plc's shares was cancelled. Following a successful capital increase of Punch Graphix nv in December 2007, Punch now holds 66.4% of Punch Graphix nv shares. Punch Graphix nv is listed on Euronext Amsterdam (PGX). Since February 2007, Punch Graphix has been fully consolidated. In 2009, Punch Graphix realised sales of 118.4 million euros.
